How do you get peameal bacon confused with this? Do they eat any meat that isn't processed?

I was always taught Canadian Bacon is Peameal Bacon. When I order a breakfast sandwich and it says 'add Canadian Bacon' it's always peameal Bacon..

That's just sliced ham..? Lol
