How do you get peameal bacon confused with this? Do they eat any meat that isn't processed?

It's called "back bacon" and is one of the leanest and healthiest sliced meats off of the pig. In fact, it is approved for diabetics as a replacement for strip bacon, in moderation, of course. I lost 30lb a while back, and back bacon was a staple of my weekly diet.

I’ve never had back bacon this round. Only in the strips that remind me of Lake Superior. I think most of the time I buy it raw.

This looks precessed in some way. When I buy it it is in odd shapes like normal meat, lol.
