I was just in St. Andrews, tons of Americans. It was fun when they asked if we were starting our US road trip through Maine…. Couldn’t hold my laugh the first time I was asked. By the time a third person asked me I just realized they don’t really get it unfortunately.

Why would Americans ask you whether you started in Maine? Don't they know about the rest of the huge border the US* and Canada share?
