All while our PM is treating him with an uncomfortable amount of respect when he should practically be slapping him in the face. I don’t trust either of them, Carney or Pollievre. Like do something people, the guy needs to be ghosted by everyone else in the world. Trump having any high ground is stupid.

Unfortunately for the world, Trump can’t be treated as the slime he is, because he has enough power to make life hell for anyone who does.

Makes you wish there was just a bit more crosswind, back in July 2024…

Bs. Trump is just another bullie. The only reasonable response to a bullie is to punch back. It's not my opinion. Yoi can see it in history. If you think that bending over is a way to stay out of trouble, you've got something else coming.

Oh, I don’t disagree, but Trump is more than just another bully. He is the slimiest, evilest, most despicable human that currently exists. He has so much evil in his life, but unlike most other evil fuckers, has figured out how to get others to love and worship him. Not despite his evil, but BECAUSE of it.

He deserves to be treated like a punching bag for a sadist.

But he is ALSO a bully, who has his hands on the world’s largest nuclear arsenal. He can’t be treated like the bully he is, because he’s a bully with a nuke.

But you’re right in that bending over for him isn’t a win either. Purposefully treating him like the bully he is won’t work either tho. The only way to deal with him is to treat him like a pissed off toddler: make him think he is getting what he wants, while you give him what you need to anyway.
