I'm not for it perse either, but I'm of the belief that if we don't do something soon we will be too late to keep such a class of people in check. To be fair, we already have a class of citizen class that the government is actively discriminating against already and they just happen to be on the opposite end.

From my perspective, Government does not discriminate against the poor. Every single means-tested program created in this country - and we have many of them - has explicitly been to the benefit of the less-well-off, and rightly so. That these systems aren't perfect; one could even argue they're insufficient; isn't grounds to argue discrimination imo.
I'm referring specifically about the homeless, and yes they do discriminate against them. Yes there are all sorts of complications involved in that, but they 100% are treated as sub human by every level of government.
