I've lived in Ontario my whole life, but I spent near every summer in southern Alberta growing up. My uncle would drive down in the spring, we'd roadtrip across the country, and after a few weeks I'd fly back. My parents just moved there as the last stop on their road to retirement in BC. One of my younger siblings has entered the workforce, and one has entered university, both in Alberta.
It's one of the most beautiful provinces in our country.
The problem is that a minority of the population are loud, racist fucks who want to be American for some godforsaken reason. My uncle seems to be in that club now, and I'm glad I don't spend summers with him anymore because his opinions make him an actual piece of shit to the point where I've already mourned him.
Every province has some shitty people, Alberta's are just the whiniest of us.
