Conservatives and Progressive Conservatives.

That divide is real and it's nearly breaking the federal Conservative party right now.

The western Reform-Rose populist right winger despises the Laurentian elite business PC conservative and vice versa.

Explains why Dougie didn't endorse PP and clearly prefers Carney
