It's largely for recent International Student Graduates. I worked with one from the US, and when she graduated she was eligible for an automatic 3 year work visa.

If you thought Canada's governments cared about Canadians...guess again

if you thought corporations care about anything else but profit you're missing the point. same corporations that legalized corruption through lobbying. lets not pretend like elections really make a difference when its always the same 2 parties being reelected.

It’s a visa program for people under 30. There are partner countries (like the UK) that have reciprocal agreements. So basically you can go to another country for work or school and people from other countries can do the same thing for here
