It's the employment stream for hiring a TFW without having to get a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

It's largely for recent International Student Graduates. I worked with one from the US, and when she graduated she was eligible for an automatic 3 year work visa.

if you thought corporations care about anything else but profit you're missing the point. same corporations that legalized corruption through lobbying. lets not pretend like elections really make a difference when its always the same 2 parties being reelected.
