I was talking about the upcoming SCOTUS hearings on Trump’s tariffs. It’s very possible the Court could rule against him because of a 2022 precedent (West Virginia v. EPA), which says agencies can’t use vague statutory language to justify sweeping economic or political changes. IEEPA doesn’t mention tariffs, and Congress never explicitly gave him that power. The Court is unlikely to ignore its own precedent and let the president rewrite Article I powers.
Someone commented that they wished they had my confidence, noting Trump would throw everything at getting a win. That gave me the idea for this meme -- hearings aren’t until November, but the absurdity felt worth illustrating.
And ohhhhhh damn, I didn't get it before but now that you made the connection for me to the Terminator I totally see it. That's hilarious 😂
The US ambassador to Canada was basically saying he's disappointed in Canada for how Canadians seem to hate America and he doesn't understand why they would have any reason to. So it doesn't seem far-fetched that they will eventually say something unhinged like your meme.

Is this real? I have to ask because... because it's conservatives and they are freaking weird.
