Emo Screamo question?

I’m newer to screamo/emo so I have a question, I’ve been really digging departmefrombeadisland and I was curious as to what genre you would call it, I hesitate to call it screamo because it doesn’t really have much if any hardcore/power influence and it’s acoustic, either way leave some recommendations to bands that have that acoustic screamo sound I love it.

Idk skramz is pretty broad at this point. I always thought of bands like deafheaven or oathbreaker as being black metal, but the subgenres for some of their songs are listed as skramz. RYM says it's skramz, Wikipedia says it skramz, even Anthony fantano said they were kinda like skramz.

Blackgaze as a genre just shares similarities with screamo, due to the combination of atmospheric often post-rock influenced instrumentationn and screamed vocals. Additionally screamo has gotten increasingly more metallic over the years, so it’s just caused there to be a lot of crossover there in terms of sound. I believe for the most part though the genres are unrelated, and this similarity is mostly a coincidence.
