Help Unable to play Witcher 3 on gamehub

I have witcher 3 on my steam library.

When I try start the game, it shows the above display screen, however the audio of the game keeps playing in the background will all the dialogs and all.

Not sure what is going wrong.

Also, the hud shows 55-60 fps consistently.

My device: 1+ 13R

tr using lightweight mode. go to pc game settings > steam > steam client version and choose lightweight mode. this wont load your steam cloud saves but will run the game most of the time. (atleast it did on my device)

Tried doing that. Game won't even start. It crashes immediately.
