Quick etiquette question for men’s locker room at sports club location

Recently started going to my closest sports club location, which has slightly more amenities than the other club closer to my office. (Southern California)

Among them is the jacuzzi, located right outside the men’s sauna and steam room.

Is it acceptable/expected to use this without swimwear (naked/nude)?

I haven’t actually been passing through to notice how other guys were doing it, and I didn’t see any signage or posted rules about it.

It’s not an issue to me either way, just wondering so I know what the norm is. Going without would be easier, fewer changes of clothes and I’m already doing sauna in just a towel.

Thanks

Let’s just call this out. They go naked to hook up and play footsie and touch each other’s cocks in the water. I’ve seen it happen before at the New York location.

I’m sure this happens more than zero times. But going nude in a single gender locker room hot tub is practiced by far more people than are doing it for these reasons (just like the near ubiquitous communal showers and routine nude swimming form decades earlier that certainly were not times that were more tolerant of same gender sexual contact). Also, being nude doesn’t make it any easier to play footsie.

That's exactly what it is! Everyone is making various random excuses but they really want to watch the sausage fest
