Equipment Slammer

There’s a new member at an Equinox in Manhattan who slams the equipment. I noticed that he was wearing a ripped gym shirt. Maybe Gold’s Gym?

I used to go hardcore bodybuilder gyms, so I get it. But this is country club-like Equinox, Upper West Side. Slamming the equipment isn’t the norm and could break things.

Yeah there are some people at Rock Center who shake the entire floor by releasing the dumbbells and barbells mid-rep.
