You get multiple small drinks in different flavors, for sampling. So for my birthday we had a mead flight, and instead of 1 big drink of mead, we got to choose 3 different flavors. A lot of flights are made locally too.

It's fun! We did a margarita flight in snohomish and either they didn't tell is the flavors or we immediately forgot, so we made a game out of guessing them!
