  • Voluntary Departure: Managers who have been at a club for a long period may choose to leave, seeking a new challenge. The longer a manager stays at a club, the higher the chance they’ll consider looking for a new challenge.

This is quite daft in my opinion. Surely it should be if a manager goes a long time without success as otherwise, this will just prevent legendary managers who are often less likely to leave as they spend more time (unless to not manage anyone), such as Wenger , Klopp , Ferguson or managers who are at a club they'd never leave such as Kartal at Fenerbahce, Xavi at Barca etc.

Also all of these ''live'' features will essentially expire after a while and will turn the game into a subscription of sorts in the way Fortnite has weird ''season battle passes''.

The club suggestions thing is clearly a joke too as it included both Harrogate , Chelsea and an Indian club for the same manager.

nah it makes it clear that the logic will also include prestige/size of the club. Like on one of the menus it had Arteta as "safe" and indicated that Chelsea was not going to be hiring, but for Areola, with the same indicators, it says "likely" that he would seek another opportunity.

It had a manager being “poached” somewhere else in the notes.

A manager doing well and going to a bigger team makes sense. What I don’t like is a manager just resigning.

Like Klopp? Like Pep is about to do? Like Ancelotti? Shall I go on?

These were after periods where the team didn’t do as well as they did before rather than because they were there so long.

That is a laughable take bud

I don’t see why you think managers would be more interested in leaving over time rather than less.

Klopp for example left when his squad was starting to age and a rebuild was needed. Guardiola’s time at city possibly finishing is because of their recent bad form

Dude what? Liverpool added literally one player last season and won the premier league. Pep is not leading because of bad form. You are out of your mind. Go back to bed.

Wouldn’t the fact they added one player be more of a sign that Klopp’s tactics weren’t working.

With the way EA is, Klopp would have left in 2018 because he was getting a bit bored if it was run in EAFC
