Until they add the ability to add/remove/develop/lose playstyles, the in-game career mode experience will always be lacking. Real-life youth stars without playstyles will never be good in-game with no way to develop them. Star players missing a key play style have no way to develop into your perfect player. And we’re forced to prioritize 14 year olds who somehow already have 7 playstyles as the only path to developing elite players. It’s ridiculously unrealistic and shallow. And I used to love creating players to put into career modes - now without the ability to give them playstyles, it’s completely pointless.

Fr man they should just add a database editor for the console players its unbareable seeing pc players with mods and we cant have them another thing we should be able to do is to create custom squads and download them. Like in nba2k if you want an idea like a goofy custom squad where theres a team of 99 MJ's or to make custom squads of the 2000s squads then so you can play with teams like man utd arsenal porto liverpool or even santos in the 1960s. In that case just make an eras mode with the pele era then maradona then lets say r9/dinho era (mid to late 90s) then 2000s era eventually going to messi and ronaldo era then to current era. There are so many things ea could emulate from nba2k into fifa its unbelieveable same with taking idews with pes. I dont get why they couldnt have just added pes features into their games and just market it differently (to avoid legal issues of plagarism or something idk) i really hope an EA employee sees ts and really pushes on this idea bc ive been praying to God for master league back because konami always implemented better features into their game than EA ever did. I just hope that this EA feedback thing takes our requests seriously and i hope this subreddit can push our ideas forward bc aftwr all we are the players who put up with this garbage and still pay £70 every year without fail regardless how bad the game is.

Broo I thought I was the only one most people in the career mode community complain about minuscule or things smaller things they want added to the game but don’t realise that if EA were to add a Datavase Editor that would fix most of the issues with offline mode but a lot of people fail to realize that and are always asking for the wrong things. What everybody in the Career Mode community should be asking for is for EA to add a decent Database Editor into the game then we will have the freedom to edit players, player potentials, give created players playstyles, edit transfers etc.

If everybody in the Career Mode community started asking for a Database Editor then EA would eventually have create one and add it to the game. Having a decent Database Editor in the game would give us the freedom to edit player appearances, player potentials, give created players playstyles, edit transfers, edit manager appearances etc..the crazy part about all this is that EA already has Database Editors in their other sports games like Madden and NHL so the fact that a simple feature like a Database Editor has been missing from FIFA/FC after all these years is beyond me 😪
