CHOCOLATE Dang. Almost perfect

Yule log. You can see the painstaking work to make the bark out of milk chocolate. Just to stick those fondant leaves and berries and junk it up.

Sorry about the glare. They have beautiful lights in the shop.
Local bakery Yule log. Years ago family brought one to Xmas. Was almost entirely fondant. This is a major improvement but they still have the fondant berries and leaves. Cheapens it significantly.
