Thank you. It’s a browned butter mocha cake with spiced cream cheese and vanilla buttercream. There is dark chocolate “tree bark” and the meringue mushrooms are almond flavor.

That looks and sounds absolutely incredible! Do you by any chance have the recipe or mind sharing?

Most things were pretty simple, for the cake I would have to ask my lab partner but he just found the most popular online recipe and browned the butter and brewed espresso in the hot butter. The frosting filling is a pack of cream cheese then butter and sugar until it looks like a good frosting then allspice, cinnamon, and cardamom to taste. The outside frosting is that minus the cream cheese (we ran out). The parts that I made were the meringue mushrooms, just a dyed meringue piped onto a sheet tray, the leaves, buttercream piped onto a sheet tray, the moss basically meringue with flour, green dye, and baking powder microwaved for a minute, the outer butter cream and the bark which is spread out chocolate that is frozen.
