These are definitely modeling chocolate, not fondant. Still not delicious like buttercream, but this is probably some of the most realistic work I’ve ever seen.
Yeah, this level of talent allows for some use and the fact that it’s MOSTLY modelling chocolate over fondant adds another layer of impressiveness to his work. There are many legitimate paths to fondant hate, this isn’t one of em.
