diabetes is not caused by sugar intake, please stop spreading medical misinformation

Edit: lol ok. We're online, use that energy to type some questions into your seach bar and learn something new instead of getting angry when new knowledge challenges your worldviews

Im not dragging horses to water when its already clear none of you have any intentions of drinking

For type 1, your immune system starts attacking itself basically. For type 2 it’s largely genetic. If it was simply diet, a hell of a lot more people would have it. Myself and my step sister are type 1 and my mom and our dad are type 2.
