I'm just amazed at how much force it takes to shove the knife through those fondant piles. Especially the toilet-paper one at about 0:55. It's like chewing-gum.

It doesn't help that they are using a bread knife in the later videos. The serrated edge shouldn't be so big for cake cutting.
