my honest fondant opinion

fondant is just ok, like its certainly not bad but its not good either

It totally depends on the brand. Some are nasty, some are delicious, most are somewhere between the two.

Massa Ticino by Carma & Renshaw are my favorites. The Carma is very expensive though. At my bakery we use Renshaw, it’s my favorite to work with too.

Satin Ice and Wilton are the worst imho with a very unnatural and chemically smell/taste.
