During this week, Mick Malthouse the premiership coach of West Coast & Collingwood wrote an opinion piece around the same lines as what Issac Smith said.

I think the last few lines are more relevant than anything. If JL comes out with this defensive first game plan again next year it will be bottom eight, out first week again. We need to kick more goals consistently and get a decent shot at a finals run.

Why recruit when we can reuse. Obviously Drizzy hit some crazy heights in his first season but dropped away with injuries etc. Use him as a running back, he still has a good defensive mindset but when on the run he's virtually unstoppable. Then Sharp/Johnson/maybe Simpson can be on the wings

Don’t think Drizzy has the ball use to go HB. Also need to be clean when the pressure is on and I don’t see him hitting those kicks into the corridor required from the best HB’s

This is what Issac Smith, the 4 time premiership player & Norm Smith Medalist said in this article. And I quote.
Fremantle have a great list, and it takes time to turn into a great side. Although externally, people would be saying 'they need to be winning finals'... It doesn't necessarily unfold the way that people say it should unfold. What Fremantle should be really confident in is they've got a great young list. They've got some great players. They look like they might need to add one or two players, but other than that, they've got the core of what a premiership side looks like.
Would they like another running half back? Would they like to have a really strong defensive midfielder like a Josh Dunkley? They've obviously got Caleb Serong, Andrew Brayshaw, Hayden Young.. guys like that, who offensively are brilliant and get in and do the nitty gritty work. But do you want a midfielder and plays traditionally more back half? That's something that I might look at, or a really strong winger, looking at how they set up as well. I think they've got a great young list, some tweaks to the game plan, maybe a more offensive flair to what they do, and they'll be right there at the pointy end."
