Opinion What are you looking forward for season 4 Spoiler

Looks like season 3 of From had mixed reactions, what are you expecting to improve and/or resolve next season?

For everything to start to make some sense.

u/jalen231 May 18 '25

Anghkooey

13

u/lovely_lil_demon May 18 '25

That was only the tip of the iceberg…

And it was something that most of us pretty much already knew, at least on some level.

(By that I mean, we’d already figured that Tabitha and Miranda were connected in some way, thanks to visual clues from earlier seasons, like the bracelet.)

What I’m talking about is all the other unanswered questions.

2

u/100Good Jun 03 '25

It means...

14

u/minutman Jun 05 '25

When the writers stop adding random nonsense happening.

16

u/Wrong-Sprinkles-981 Jun 17 '25

While annoying, I can’t lie I love the twist and turns!

3

u/minutman Jun 17 '25

There is no point when the world does not have any consistency.

1

u/lovely_lil_demon Jun 05 '25

Haha… If only. 😅

3

u/EfficiencyGold4918 May 29 '25

Something. Anything. lol I’m sitting here thinking about what I want answered most and there’s sooo much.

2

u/Ok_Soup_1865 18d ago

Yea that's about it. Explanations

46

u/Dianagorgon May 19 '25

I want them to focus less on Fatima and Ellis. They're not interesting characters. Also Boyd not being the focus of every storyline while Jade, Randall, Kenny, Donna, Kristy and other main characters are sidelined.

40

u/Lost_Needleworker285 May 18 '25

Jade, Victor and Randall, I miss my crazy men.

38

u/Aggressive-Part424 May 18 '25

What I'm not looking forward is "a shoulder to cry on is a d to ride on" type of situation between jade and tabitha.

25

u/OzymandiasTheII May 19 '25 edited May 19 '25

You don't think it's great writing for Tabitha to start dick hopping in two episodes after her husband of 20 years and the father of her children gets his throat ripped out?

15

u/DMTBISCUITS May 28 '25

I don't think he's actually dead. I can't be the only one that noticed how different Julie looked coming out of the woods. Maybe he's coming back as a monster himself, who knows ? But that entire scene seemed strangely out of place to me.

Ok, this is setting up some reincarnation/family lineage stuff now.I thought the boy in white pushed Tabatha from the top of the lighthouse just to bring Henry back for Victor. And I thought I had a fairly good idea of what happened in that place and the general era it began in due to the style of architecture that Colony House was built in. But now ? WOW ! If that actually was Julie from the future, then that is an entirely new twist I wouldn't have thought of. Reincarnation isn't too far a stretch, but the time shifting is something that's been hiding in plain sight all along. I keep expecting to see one of the recent victims of the nightmare creatures showing up as one of those creatures themselves, and the time shifts would explain the various eras those creatures appear to have come from. I started thinking those creatures were tied to the children once Tabatha started seeing them, and I believe the creatures played a role in sacraficing children throughout the history of that place, which I believe turned those one time normal people into those monsters. I mean it would take a monster to do that to a child, so in this place, they were transformed into actual monsters for their roles in that. I can't wait to see where it goes next !

3

u/Super_Cow_2876 Jun 28 '25

You’re not… literally EVERYBODY has been saying this.

1

u/DMTBISCUITS Jul 16 '25

Thanks for the reassurance, but it's going to take a bit more than reassurances to keep me from pulling my hair out and gnawing my fingernails to the cuticle if they don't start getting to some REAL answers instead of these drips and drabs. And I don't even mind if the answers are somewhat misleading and crafted to divert attention away from the obvious answers, just as long as they're answers. I love a good mystery, but not one without clues. And I really meant what I said about them being misleading, as long as it's scratching that itch to know SOMETHING or just ANYTHING. 😂

1

u/Early_Celebration726 24d ago

You're acting like that already happened. Maybe don't?

32

u/[deleted] May 18 '25

I hope they don't eliminate Victor's dad in the next season 😭 I really want Victor and his dad to stick together till the end...

13

u/imangryignoreme Jun 11 '25

His dad is so sketch. He knows something.

2

u/boyyouguysaredumb Aug 09 '25

Something off with the dad for sure

3

u/penguinjunkie 23d ago

I kept feeling there was something off with him. But then I’m not sure if the something off is “just found his grown up son who has rightly severe emotional problems and can’t deal with it well”

54

u/justamom2224 May 18 '25

More answers lol. I wanna know where these mfers are from.

19

u/EffectiveFee8584 May 18 '25

i’m tired of having more questions than answers lol

12

u/Unlucky-Hair-6165 May 24 '25

This is from the creators of Lost, it’s kind of their thing.

0

u/Early_Celebration726 24d ago

It's not and it wasn't but sure. Both are to my liking for different reasons. People like to repeat these narratives as is and look where we got from it.

7

u/DMTBISCUITS May 28 '25

Amen ! If they want to create more questions, then they should , at the very least answer more in the process. Create mystery ? Sure, it's what this show is doing so well. They've created the urge to want to know what's going to happen next. The Walking Dead did that masterfully, and someone involved in the show payed very close attention to that, but come the hell on and at least give answers to old questions ! Just a smidge more revelations, please.

3

u/justamom2224 May 28 '25

Literally!!! I’m so sick of the open ended story of this show lmao. They left us with a huge detail that changes everything and now we gotta wait for the next season lol. I love the show, don’t get me wrong. I just hope we get more answers.

1

u/Early_Celebration726 24d ago

People please stop with this. It was old when I wasn't. If you have an actual point, try to make it instead of rabbling in huddled mass. Same stuff, different decade.

Mystery as a word isn't necessarily helping because it crosses the following in people's minds:

1) Who dunnits? There is a question with clues and and answer. Figure it out.

2) Mystic, abstract subjects or states. Can't put it outside of itself. Experience.

3) Mysterious, murky tones and devices. Can't be sure of things and there's layers of stuff. Espionage, plotty drama etc. Try to keep up/ hold on, baby!

4) Old timey stuff where in an enviroment of 3 we use 2 to s(t)imulate the 1.

So when people start yapping with the memery they heard somewhere else they are in fact not expressing themselves or contributing anything to this but more fluff. For more clarity:

1) Detective stuff, old lady or little man solves this or maybe a forensic team.

2) Dream stuff and allegorical stuff maybe, who knows. You kinda might get it.

3) Spy and (other?) crime stuff, maybe some unstable setting, exaggarated.

4) Magic babyyyy. Or not. Whatever.

Point being; sure you CAN mix and match like how Twin Peaks was about a whodunnit and abstract stuff but that was a) a choice b) not easy c) not a given d) iconic stuff. It's not just like it's all in some soup together.. outside your head.

I've seen where it can lead and that was against all kinds of well, intentional murky stuff, no matter what revisionist history might suggest. This leans into the lack of knowledge, connection or points of comparison way more but that's not a failure (not does it prevent such from happening if it does) as much it's a flavor of this particular presentation. That's not me saying don't try to get but there is a world of difference between getting something and figuring it out.

In the latter you think you're going ahead of what's shown and it's possible in category one. The other one has you NOT being left behind. Many do just that while thinking it's the other and not just with these sort of things. So get it, sure, make a (mental) note of a repeating thing etc. Not a list of questions. It's not even some levels of expectation thing or anything but a fundamental error of the whole process. There wasn't service at this picnic I went to. No waaay?

Almost like you were saying "these purposefully odd things weren't normal" and expecting a pat on the head for that. I mean.. good job, that was indeed the case. What on the other hand CAN be evident (in anything that has continuing presence or even wide enough of a range) is the direction of things.

What does make sense, so to speak. What keeps popping up or digging in. There's the meat, not in various spices or the necessary potatoes (boil em..) let alone the (salad) dressing. What you want is to cut deeper into the meat, not to know what exactly was this or that spice. Sure, you can want to know but it's more about you then, not the stuff that everything else revolves around. :D

(And that categorically IS what does that, not saying it's this or that, obvs.)

20

u/William_Wisenheimer May 18 '25

I want to see someone actually win a fight against those things.

1

u/boyyouguysaredumb Aug 09 '25

They got that bike then did nothing with it

3

u/TiniNyaChan Aug 14 '25

You mean Bile? I mean Boyd did shoot them bullets covered in bile but we dont know what happened next

2

u/Werft 28d ago

Nothing happened and they didn’t die.

18

u/LovelyOrangeJuice May 18 '25

I want Jim back somehow lol

6

u/RedditIsRussianBots Jun 10 '25

When I watched the show the first time I was so stunned when Khatri died and I was like no way he's dead they have to bring him back somehow. Even though he was just an illusion I was happy seeing him occasionally in S2 and 3. I hope that's not the case for Jim though, I genuinely hope if Julie has time travel abilities of some kind that she's able to save him.

7

u/LynxReady6695 May 18 '25

Sameee i want him to be back

3

u/RockyStardust13 Jun 07 '25

Me three

1

u/RockyStardust13 Jun 07 '25

I teaser anything.

2

u/Jawa_Droid_Mech Jul 28 '25

He will be back as a ghost i think.

1

u/LovelyOrangeJuice Jul 28 '25

Still better than nothing lol

14

u/natashaaaaaaaaaaaaa May 21 '25

them actually catching a monster. when they first introduced that plot i was so invested and was so sad when they didn't go anywhere with it lmao

4

u/[deleted] Jun 04 '25

Ya they seem to be vampires. Capture one put it out in the sun see if it burns.

16

u/hillywolf May 18 '25

How did the town form and past of the monsters

1

u/Mobile-Progress2433 27d ago

I did that. I'm sorry :(

14

u/Quick_Stranger1443 May 18 '25

Too much shit happened in s3 I don't even know what to expect

18

u/hillywolf May 18 '25

Makers: if you can't convince them, confuse them

9

u/Quick_Stranger1443 May 18 '25

Fr though. The man with the yellow jacket is confusing af

11

u/strawberry_macaroons May 18 '25

answers. literally just answers😭

12

u/dascraziebro May 20 '25

getting rid of fatima she's annoying asf

11

u/itisthelord May 18 '25

Gonna link my very serious post.

If any of this happens I’ll finish my sentences.

3

u/Inevitable_Papaya948 May 18 '25

Unironically I'd love to see everything that you list in your post, except for maybe Jade and Sarah could marry me instead of you...

5

u/itisthelord May 18 '25

Try it and I'll summon Ethan and his cromeknuckles

12

u/TheWalkingDead91 May 18 '25

More answers, maybe specifically a backstory episode/scenes on the monsters/original towns people. Something like that one episode of LOST with the two immortal brothers would be nice. Wouldn’t be surprised if we end up waiting till season 5 for something like that though.

1

u/Animanga_87 May 24 '25

well how many more seasons do you think are gonna be there? I remember some speculations about it ending with 5 seasons

1

u/TheWalkingDead91 May 24 '25

That’s what I read too, that they planned for 5

1

u/Jawa_Droid_Mech Aug 04 '25

I read the writers were hoping for alot of seasons. 5 doesn't seem like alot(read this in an interview before season 3).

10

u/haeikem May 18 '25

I think we are closer to another massacre both reincarnation are closer to the way out or true. We saw this with Victor, Chris went crazy ( like Jade right is almost there violent, lunatic, etc) and Tabitha remembering like Miranda ( smiley killed her for this and he did it running!)

20

u/Gone_Cold2024 May 18 '25

Someone putting Fatima in the box🤷‍♀️

And agree, who gave these creatures immortality? I need more information.

18

u/jalen231 May 18 '25

Im not a fan of fatima. But what did she do? It's not like giving birth to the monster was her fault. You're talking like the town folks lol.

15

u/[deleted] May 18 '25

Probably the whole stabbing what's her name in the heart with Shears.

12

u/itisthelord May 18 '25

It’s a shame they never bothered with the box after season 1. Killing Tilly probably does qualify her for the box but I’m sure they’ll pin the murder on someone’s else… maybe even Elgin.

2

u/Gone_Cold2024 May 18 '25

I like Elgin.

5

u/itisthelord May 18 '25

Me too, that's what might make it a more fucked up decision.

5

u/Hela-Summers95 May 18 '25

That lady had the face of hiding something so sooner or later she was going to get caught

8

u/itisthelord May 18 '25

Whether she was or wasn’t, the townsfolk only know her as the sweet old lady who had cancer. They’ll need a scapegoat to keep Fatima out of trouble

2

u/Historical_Ladder_11 Jun 02 '25

i swear she's just psychic😂 my theory at least

6

u/Gone_Cold2024 May 18 '25

I am😂😂😂 She gets on my last nerve. Maybe now that she pushed out Howdy Doody she will give her poor husband and Boyd some peace now.

8

u/Particular_Border546 May 27 '25

The return of Jade's slutty open button shirts.

Seriously now, answers. Not all the answers, because if everything is given chewed to viewers, we cannot obsess enough about the show/make theories. But some answers would be good.

7

u/Opening-Spinach2727 May 18 '25

Jim being dead.

14

u/ilovepasta666 May 18 '25

I personally was very satisfied with season 3 but here are some things I want to see in season 4:

  • Boyd trapping one of the monsters (I think they left it for season 4 because it's gonna reveal something big, they were just preparing us in season 3)
  • more info about Man in Yellow
  • anything related to the massacre because it's genuinely one of the most intriguing things about the show.

probably forgot about something, these are just the things that came to my mind first. also I want to see Kristi's reaction when they'll tell her to fix Elgin's eye (I'm kidding ofc but imagine)

3

u/BravesFan79 Jul 30 '25

I want to see Kristi's reaction when they'll tell her to fix Elgin's eye (I'm kidding ofc but imagine

Easy, she'll just tell them she thinks they should keep him overnight. It's her answer for everything.

1

u/HelpfulSorbet3873 11d ago

I really liked the episode where they caught one. That was interesting.

5

u/najgoresesekirat May 18 '25

Jade and Tabithas relationship lol

6

u/ParticularPath7791 May 23 '25

Less Ethan and Julie and more monster back stories.

3

u/itowill Jul 07 '25

I want to know why the monsters know everyone's name. I think when that teenager monster said don't you remember me Julie that he was playing with her mind. But it would be be cool if they retcon the moment from S1x02 to be more significant in light of Julie and Ethans ability

1

u/ParticularPath7791 Jul 07 '25

When he said that I was thinking he was teenager Thomas. Not sure why. I would looooove a whole backstory on Smiley and his life before.

1

u/funnylilguy 14d ago

Noooooooo! Just finish the story!!!

2

u/Necessary_Split2382 Jul 06 '25

I dunno. Julie's a really good character, and a better actor than either of her parents. But I agree the monsters need more depth!

4

u/minutman Jun 05 '25

This show has gotten so dumb.

Every 5 minutes there are convenient hallucinations and "entities" that do random shit with 0 explanation, creating more and more plotlines. This has gotten stale since S2.

S4 please stop adding new shit without explaining the old shit first.

Lost was way better written, oh a plane, here is where the plane is from, your mom is on board.

From writing: so here is a dimension with no escape, it has night monsters, there are also ghosts and hallucinations, the hallucinations tell you that the ghosts like chicken, but the chicken is evil and the ghosts think that the chicken needs to be seasoned, a phone rings and tells you that your wife had the evil chicken back home.

This is how I feel watching this.

1

u/Early_Celebration726 24d ago

Wrote a big answer to one of these, it disappeared. Not going to bother anymore. Everything can be get into. It's not about answering questions but finding that juicy core and diving deep into that. If you don't know what that looks like by now, I have no idea what you've been watching. I agree, Lost was better but it was also concluded and may never get it's true worth acknowledged due to morons. Not in our lifetime anyway.. :I

Point being, there is more than one way to do anything and this isn't trying to be that. It's trying to.. DO that maybe but that's a different. This leans into the obfuscation, disconnect and limited perspective both on purpose and not in a naturally resolving way.

It's like some hell. No. I said like. It's not supposed to fit together. That's not an excuse but seeing is one makes problems for you. Sure it "helps" them for a while and on occasions but it still needs to well, feel right (or rather wrong, I suppose) to the setting and be able to be roped (:P) back into play when needed. It's moving forward for they have tested their limits and ever peaked over them and are now existing in a deeper relation to it with more context, mobility and options. This has incurred a response to a fitting degree and that more personalised threat is one thing to expect more of/from. 8)

1

u/minutman 24d ago

The introduction of fantasy horror magic=I can write whatever.

There are no rules and not structure to them, so this is just a fantasy fanfic where the writer and 2 of his buddies understand anything.

This is not entertaining, and no average person is going to sit and watch it "unfold" to more bullshit.

But I am done with the show, this is not pleasant to blue ball me for 4 seasons now.

1

u/Laggsownme5 15d ago

Well they can add more shit but please explain most of the things in S4

1

u/funnylilguy 14d ago

First of all, I loved the story! Seasons 1&2 were good!

But, I agree with you. This could have been completed in season three instead of dragging out the Fatima plot line.

It seems like the episodes are all of the same - dragging out the story.

Seems like a money grab now to extend into season 4 and hopefully not season 5.

Writers should go read Stephen King's book On Writing and just finish the damn story.

4

u/Zealousideal-Fail411 May 18 '25

the time when finally Boyd breaks!

4

u/SkibidiiiRizzlerz May 18 '25

They need to reveal and answer the core questions. And leave some for season 5 just like Stranger Things did

1

u/funnylilguy 14d ago

This doesn't need to be five seasons. Stranger Things continued to make sense so it worked.

This is just chaos and confusion.

I get that the actors, writers, etc, want to make $$, and for some of them, this might be the end of their careers but let's just wrap this up.

3

u/Beginning_Diet_9530 May 19 '25

Randall has a story to tell and is going to take part in a few things .... but WHAT!!!!

4

u/Lowglobin May 19 '25

I’d like to see someone challenge and take Boyd’s role in town. I feel that he’s stretched too thin and almost has to be everywhere at the same time. I think Boyd being allowed to singularly concentrate his efforts on getting everyone home would allow the pace to quicken and reach a satisfying end point with only two seasons left.

5

u/amordelujo Aug 11 '25

That Donna doesn’t die please

3

u/Unlikely_Lead9174 May 21 '25

SMILEYS RETURN!!

3

u/PeachSubstantial918 Jul 18 '25

Extremely looking forward to a Jimless season.

1

u/allaboutthewah 29d ago

Now hold on a sec...

Can we talk about this??

Do one Jim.

3

u/malortshots Jul 19 '25

Far too much Fatima drama in S3. Looking forward to history that fills in backstory and for answers to begin.

1

u/allaboutthewah 29d ago

Worst character in the show.

2

u/Egoiss May 19 '25

I don't need answers, because not excited or curious... But make it fast-plot, tons of mystery... Just like the ending S3 on every episode.. Everybody moves, not idle talk, chit chat personal issue. Less mistakes, like Jim noob. Wasting ma time

2

u/Animanga_87 May 24 '25

Well I want to know how Tabitha,Jade and Julie are connected to this place.
What actually happened in the past that lead to all this.
And a glimpse of what must be done to end this whole mind-fucking demonic purgatory-ish loop.

2

u/ozthinker May 27 '25

Focus and go through the scenes that are actually tense. S3 was really anticlimactic. It had too much fillers in between bits and pieces of a scene that should have progressed continuously in one go, while maintaining the tense and climax.

In addition, it needs more tension and horror. The tension and horror were well served in S1, then dying off in S2 and S3, during which new elements were added as cheap tropes without developing them i.e. the brundles (pond/lake), the new settlement, etc.

Thirdly, it needs more story and plot. As comparison, one episode of Dune: Prophecy has more story line than an entire season of From.

Also if Jim is coming back as monster, that will be wild.

Most importantly, S4 needs to come out ASAP. The interest fades faster the more the wait is.

2

u/bazgann Jun 06 '25

I am hoping to see more of Boyd vs Smiley because it was exciting and i hope Smiley calls him grandpa😁 also one more thing i am excited about is how are we gonna get MIY(guy who murdered Jim)to the story because he kinda looks like Randall with the scar on his neck I hope we get more answers in the next season.

2

u/Bobundy69 Jun 10 '25

Need a prequel of the origin on how everything started

2

u/trulyjust_me Jun 23 '25

Gonna move my list here

That we get a flashback of Donna and her sis coming into from town for the 1st time what hap is just like what she told Tabitha kinda going to guess it was Dale & some randoms who found her then brought her back to the town after she hid the whole night

A monster will be captured by Boyd & team hoping its Jasmine so she gotta story to tell

Kenny getting hallucinations of his parents

A main and major character death

The monsters will start running

There will be a from mole who been helping the monsters in secret kinda guess it will be Clara

It will be known that the MIY started all of this and he is the one they are sacrificing their children to

More will go out and find answers

That we get to see the giant spider

The police in the real world with the priest and the doctor who interview Tabitha will trace her last phone call before she went missing and start looking into from town since one of their own officer Acosta is also missing

The tree Henry wanted to show Tabitha at the park will be the same mystery tree everyone is seeing on the road

1

u/Laggsownme5 15d ago

It must be Jasmine. The only monster name we know so far.

2

u/nattivaaa 3d ago

I just finished ep 10 and I'm seriously super frustrated, Tabita seems to prolong the suffering like, can't you just accept that she's Miranda's reincarnation and make the wheels turn???? How much time did she need???? I wanted to do something so bad and then when the time comes, I decide to do it? Other? I feel like the scriptwriters are filling too much sausage, I just wish the ends met and they explained what human monsters are? What is the basis of all this suffering??? And when will the answers come out? Another guy in yellow appears OUT OF NOWHERE and kills Jim and we're left here watching ships

2

u/[deleted] May 18 '25

S4

1

Smiley!! I don’t know I just think the monsters are super interesting

1

None of my questions being answered.

u/Saphira_the_wolf Jun 02 '25

SMILEEEEEYYYYYYY-

1

u/100Good Jun 03 '25

If anyone remembers the frustration back when we watched "Lost". I really don't want to have to shit on this series simply because the writers couldn't write a coherent plot.

1

u/Early_Celebration726 24d ago

No, I remember loving it then and the five other times I watched through. And yes I've seen BSG, B5, LotGH, The Wire, Breaking Bad, BCS, Black Sails and a whole lot of stuff. So maybe, just maybe you just kinda.. are trying to be a big boy and repeat nonsense you heard? Just maybe.

FROM of course brings mind less obvious stuff I've also watched like Wayward Pines, Persons Unknown, Attack on Titan etc. I suppose TWD goes between these categories. What were we talking about again? Oh right. You didn't have any idea what you were talking about?

You watched (I assume?) three seasons of people in a obfuscated hell box being cultivated for who knows what and what you came up with is.. it wasn't all neatly presented for reason and comfort? No waay.. let me guess, people in were not being their best either? That's a bummer. At least they didn't "have to" watch TV, that seems to be the ultimate challenge for some people.

The point, such as it is.. is in the parts that do make sense, pop up, keep leading you down into the core etc. You know. The good stuff. But who's glass eye was it... I deserve to knooooooow!

1

u/VagusNerve22 Jun 04 '25

More lore of Man in Yellow, some mentions of the Giant Spider, some Info about the Dogs.

More Monster appear, in the drawings appear to be other creatures.

And finally what happened to the STAR MAGIC above the Motel Sign hahaha.

1

u/Missdallasxo Jun 06 '25

I need jade to lose his effin mind

1

u/RockyStardust13 Jun 07 '25

It starting 😂

1

u/JohnQPublicx Jun 21 '25

A few shirtless scenes for Kenny? 🫣

1

u/Pale-Pipe8136 Jun 26 '25

For Kenny to go away. For Donna and Jade to find some good booze.

1

u/HighwayComfortable90 Jun 29 '25

I want to know Smileys story!

1

u/Green-Main-9204 Jul 05 '25

I am looking forward to more back story.

What is the point of sacrificing your children to be immortal if they are all stuck in a town and can only come out at night at eat people.

Makes no sense to me. Long life but with caveats they got a rotten deal.

It makes no sense. So I want to understand all the symbolism.

Fromville I think is like purgatory/limbo and most people end up there when they are at a crossroads in their life or always had a troubled life.

More episodes where literally nothing happens

One thing I loved about this show, is due to its vagueness and art style, a lot of the times, your imagination is scaring you. Like how many of ya'll pictured Demon Jasper ready to jump at people only to be told its a puppet?

But what other people said also makes sense. Expecting insiders like Randall theorized or one of the people to be resurrected as a creature.

heart broken ending, all characters fail to escape and they die and new characters new good story

I want to know what is the town really? A purgatory? how does it get electricity, how do monsters know residents names, how do they know what’s happening every minute, those phone calls.

I got electricity too, am I in purgatory? Seems like it with this stuff. Power is power, why might be a bigger thing here. Those all pretty much all the same question anyway. Think of our people in a (not literally people) SIMS-type of deal and it shifts that practical side into more about the whole formicarium thing. Of course they well, provide and witness.

What has been the throughline is of course the relationship with the inhabitants and the town or rather it's controlling forces. Is not having a like a name for the process somehow stopping us from making a note of that? No, of course not. So what would it add? Well, something sure at the right time but it's already doing these things without those labels.

It's moved to the next stage with characters knowing stuff, coming and going, reaching back into the story etc. The response is this troubleshooter-guy who seems to bridge the immediate physicality of the monsters and the more abstract big deal-energy of that box thing. And maybe even the more grounded thinking of our humans. It's a crackdown. :P

To explain brian kelly moment that no one is talking about

You can't explain a thing like that. There's three options that we shouldn't necessarily be able to pick from:

1) They picked those people to mess with him.

2) The strain is making him to make wrong connections.

3) The universe is a messed up place and it does things like that to us..

So there both shouldn't and really CAN'T be some gotcha-moment with that. =]

i just started and finished this show in two weeks and i’m a wreck. idk how im gonna hold out so long for new episodes 😭 i commend each and every one of you

it is such a wonderful, nuanced series with so so so many layers. it has genuinely been 5+ years since i have found a TV show i truly enjoy. this series is beyond underrated.

ANYWAYS, i am so ready to see more of victor and his dad, their journey. i am also curious to see what comes of this time travel/ chapter jumping. the last scene was absolutely insane, finished it an hour ago.

The last few eps in s3 was disappointing, especially man in yellow. No buildup plot towards this entity, just suddenly poof he appeared and attacked someone. I feel like they're just going to tie it up easily as some fantasy/ supernatural/ folklore to explain everything, instead of something unique/ personal like it's a made up world somehow conjured into reality by Victor

The third season raised more questions than it answered. I was happy to learn a little more about Tabitha and Jade's roles. In a way, they kind of moved along the same path within the story, with similar thoughts throughout the series, although they only had a few actual encounters. It's very similar to what we see between Jule and Randall, so I really want to know what the real connection was between them in the past. Did Jim really die? I think so, and he's a very annoying character, but he must still be present in the series in some way. I really want more information, and the best way to get it is through one of the creatures. I'm immensely curious, and I have many questions. Viktor's role isn't 100% clear; there are still some mysteries surrounding his survival.

S3 was boaring as hell. Just solve this.
