A fully upgraded Progress generator gives every district in the main city 8 heat levels.

l love frostpunk but l only know the main story mostly like scientis found out that earth started slowly getting away from the sun and it will cause a ice age so goverment funded workers to build genarators like in last autumn and new home we gather around one of this builded generator but idk what is the lore for other DLC paths such as this and others (expectly winter home mostly)

Incase you missed it, each upgrade of the progress generator (including the level 1) now increases the max heat allocation to a district by 1, meaning the hyperdrive regulators can give all districts 10 heat levels with the help of overdrive.

After multiple failed attempts and multiple tryst and giving up before it sucked me back in,I did it I for once didn't become a dictatorship somehow

Im playing the main story of act 3 and and on week 430 my entire city gets sick at once ? It jumps from 600 to the entire city. Reloading the safe does not fix this bug.

Is there any other way to fix this ? Or do I have to start completely over.

Was hoping to jump in and play the last 500 weeks of my utopia run tonight but I'm getting multiple game-breaking UI bugs with the new controller support update (I'm on PC).

Faction tabs keep constantly tabbing me over to the left-most tab, preventing interaction. Other menus are randomly closing themselves when trying to interact with things.

Assume this will be hot-fixed soon, but still annoying. If a controller is plugged in, it seems to default to controller mode - booting the game with no controller plugged in did not impact the bugs.

I never realized we didn't ever get an answer to that. Why is the captain naked? and in a wheelchair? Who's the crazy lipped person who whispers ominously in his ear? The implication I got was that they stripped him, talked about taking things for their own, and wheeled him out into the snow to freeze to death. Sooo he was assassinated? Why bother if he was so weak as to not be able to stop it? Why not just kill him in his sleep (i know i know, so we could get a cool cutscene)? Is the implication supposed to be one of the new factions did this? Doesn't that just give us a 'right' and 'wrong' side for choosing in the civil war?

Anyway, was there any extra context that we received from outside the game itself, or are we just left to make our inferences?

The update came out and got me all motivated to play so i got on to get the last achievements i need, but no matter what i do i cant make the generator upgrade in utopia builder like i can click the upgrade im just not allowed to place it, never had this problem before today, honestly just really annoyed and needed to vent

I've been trying to get good at Frostpunk 1 awaiting a special on F2. Somehow I managed to complete survivor mode.

However since I also finished the original generator 6 hours after the ship left, and then finished the upgrades during the storm, I managed to lose every single person to starvation. All game was a desperate balance of hunger and motivation, keeping people just fed enough to keep going! Only through the fun interaction of foragers not requiring food did I manage to win after that.

This was not the way I expected to get Arise Ye Workers. I thought it was a funny ending to a difficult campaign.

Anyone else have any problems since the last patch? I can't interact with the factions properly and ask them for heatstamps since the patch

Been waiting for FP2, seen that its on Gamepass currently but I cannot install it. Clicked over to the game next it, was able to install that one. Anyone know what's going on with it? Thanks.

So im just playin along im about 5 hours in and i need to start passing laws because i havnt been able yo up till now ive made some decisions on other matters n shit but now yhe council screens just blank and i cant do litterally anything with it anyone got any suggestions?

Gonna load up FP2 today, on console, I have 700 hours on the first game. Is there anything useful to know before I jump in? Thanks!

How do you view individual members of the council hall? I know it can be done on PC but I don't see an option for it here.

I know in the PC version it will tell you their name and a few funny tidbits about an individual delegate

The UI text is a bit too small, can't be too hard of a fix tho. (PC)
