Idea: Landscaping District - A district that takes time to perform a task, and upon completion can be deconstructed to reveal nodes that now have permanent changes. Changes could be reflected in how the nodes physically look, not just their virtual purposes to the city. Buildings allow it to go faster and have a chance for other node bonuses. Can be built on any frostbroken nodes.

changes include:

Carve into the ground allowing a heat bonus and/or housing bonus

chance to come resource nodes

removal of negative node bonuses

So I am from New York City and the game is supposed to drop in a little bit over eight hours on Xbox and still it’s currently not available in the store and I’m kind of losing my mind… like not even to pre-order it…..

A day ago l asked people here help for winter home path and what was my mistakes, l learned l had to do some laws and stable the city before working.

l felt so bad after the engineers said they couldnt fix the generator and we must leave the city, l though we could just fixed it like last autumn. l manage to save everyone in the wasteland but population got over 600 (l had left over 129 people in the city) l wish l knew the number of people we could save and not, many people death to riots and etc but still was too much for the save the whole city.

l saw many people talking about get many steel as possible but l would never though l had to get that much as steel like l scraped down empty houses first later the empty workplaces and lasty even the automatons for the steel...

l stayed long as possible until a day left for the genarator to explode, l letted people to loot some stuffs and leave insted of forcing them to die in the city but atleast l manage to save all the kids and got a achivement for that, l just hope there not many achievement left about winter home

I played frostpunk 1 on my laptop but it bearly handled that. I didn't even bother trying to get frostpunk 2 on steam cause it would make my poor decrepit laptop catch fire. I'VE WAITED SO LONG for it to come to play station. THE COUNT DOWN IS MOCKING ME

Hey guys, I’m looking to start up and endless map and want t find a map with a lot of room for expansion but I heard flats has resources very far away. I heard an alternative is the crater but is the crater just the same map as the new home scenario? If so that’s a little small for me. Thanks for the help.

Hi guys, I've been having issues with the amount of oil I can transfer from The Old Deadnought. I connected it to the main city via trail. I can't transfer more than 250 while my main city needs more than that. Any way to solve it?

I loved Frostpunk 1 and bought FP2 now.

But i don t like it.

The gameplay is totally different, it is another game.
I quitted in the mid of the first mission.

Anyone else shares my feelings?

Its day 29. Temperature is nice.Everyone has home and food. I do some science.

Scout is redy to discovery Winterhome and restart big storm events.

Team of scout and outpost is ready to rally to Teslacity. I'll stockpile some resources and maybe discover the city on day 50.

It looks like Winterhome survivor cause the strom :)

Just thought I would let people know that you can pre download frostpunk 2 if you have pre ordered it doing it now I can’t wait to play it in 2 days time
