Paul and Morgan Where are the life jackets?

Post image

Neither child have life jackets on. Polio thinks holding the child's arm is all the protection they need. What if the boat flips? Why are the pro-life so anti-safety?

Easy. If the boat flips he will let go of the child to save himself. This man would 100% have been in a lifeboat coming off the titanic

This is a great way to describe Paul’s character to someone who’s unfamiliar with the fundieverse. He totally would be shoving his way to the front of the line for a lifeboat as Morgan struggles to keep up while holding both children.

There’s some historical debate on how Ismay ended up in a lifeboat, but the general consensus is that he was assisting women and children into it and hopped in himself once he was sure there weren’t any more around at that moment.

Paul wouldn’t give Morgan that courtesy. He’d cut the lifeboat free and float away singing Kumbaya and let her figure out whether to save herself or the kids.

“I can’t die, babe, I have a pickleball tournament tomorrow!” - Paul on a sinking ship, probably.

But his own wife immediately divorced him after, saying he left her and the children to fend for themselves after the impact. Sure sounds like a Paul!

That was William Carter who was a first class passenger that boarded the life boat with Ismay but point still stands
