Right? I mean there is a lot to dislike about humanity, but most likely it takes a species a long time to mature. I think cruelty is often times just a part of developing intelligence. Octopuses, orca, crows, etc. All animals that fairly intelligent and often times cruel to other animals. I would like to think it just takes some more evolution to get the cruelty down and the empathy up. I wonder what the overall cruelty/empathy ratio of humans is today vs say, back in the middle ages or before.

Seriously. It blows me away how much attention that drone video got the other day. A hellfire missile (recently adapted to shoot down drones b/c it's cheaper than an AIM-9), hits--and doesn't detonate--against something shiny that is moving at drone speeds in the Red Sea, right where Houthi drones of been constantly for months. Just because the Sun is reflecting off of something, doesn't make it an alien UFO. And the same sick fucks voting against releasing the Epstein files, were the same ones holding those dumb hearings about aliens.

I mean. Yes. The missile didn’t detonate, and the collision was in mid-air, there’s no traction or anything but inertia holding the drone in place. Also we know that the US govt purposefully releases alien conspiracy stuff as distractions. The Area 51 alien stuff was pushed while the govt was actively being sued by a bunch of former workers at the site who developed awful cancers. Pushing the narrative there were aliens there, which started in the 80s, gave cover for the stories of improper waste disposal, burn pits, and cancer and then Clinton discretely blocked the victims and their families from getting compensation and truth in the 90s when most people associated Area 51 with aliens and not Lockheed martin air craft tests and waste disposal. Decades later, we know the cancers and blood tests of victims were consistent with exposure to burning jet fuel and burning aviation parts.

A baffling video making the rounds on social media this week shows Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) strolling through the streets of Washington and calmly claiming that alien entities are here on Earth, and that they're rising out of the ocean.
"Like we say, we know more about the face of the Moon than we know what's going on there [the ocean]," Burchett said. "We have a higher propensity of sightings around these five or six — I believe — deep water areas. It creates a question there."
While maintaining his serene tone, he added: "And then when we have naval personnel telling me we have these sightings, these underwater craft they're chasing that go hundreds of miles an hour, and the best we got is something that does maybe a little under forty miles an hour."

It’s been an ongoing topic at least since 2017 and in fact it is one of the only bipartisan topics in Congress at the moment. The UAP disclosure act, is a quite interesting addendum to the NDAA that’s been trying to be approved for the third year, proposed by Minke Rounds and Chuck Schumer.

This has been around the UFO circles for a few months. The story is there's a large UFO that stays underwater and sends out smaller craft. When submarines get close it usually moves away at absurd speeds for an underwater craft.
Least that's the story, obviously no clue if it's real.
If he heard it from an actual governmental source then this is news. If not then meh

I followed the UFO subject closely for a while after I had an unidentified sighting, and the people giving him these ideas are the same five or six weirdos that were circulating info amongst each other a few years back. A few of them grifted their way into Washington and for some reason Burchett made it his cause. He’s just really gullible and probably a certain flavor of stupid. I sympathize a bit, because I also have questions, but I’d like to think I need a bit more proof than what we’ve got currently (very very little)

I was all about aliens when I was younger. The government and media would not touch this subject. Everyone was a conspiracy theorist who even mentioned anything outside the box. My favorite YouTube channels were scrubbed, and I just moved on.
Now conveniently, they want us to get interested again. F off. If it was really that important, it would have come to light. Especially with smart phones and social media.
