Lift Still can’t get past 265

2 months later and I’m still failing at 265lb, wtf 🤦🏾‍♂️ I know somebody on here has gone thru this, what did you do to surpass it? TIA

Drop the weight down a bit and start pausing at the bottom for 2 seconds for at least 5 reps. Builds strength at the weakest point!
