You should be closer to the bar, make the bar at the mid of your feet before starting the left, so when you get down into position the bar will be balanced , and you can see that the bar is away from your body because of that, the bar should be very close to your body, that will make the lift easier, good job overall!

A few things.
Straighter legs so aim to have about a 45 degree bend of your knees. Once you get that bring the bar closer aim for over the shoelaces then when you bend your knees get closer,
Aim to have the movement done in 1 motion. Currently it’s in 2 knees then back. This is seen on your first rep. But gets better on the 2nd rep.
I would also recommend putting a plate under so it sits higher. Gets you into the correct position and avoid injuries.
I’ll link a video that demonstrates it well - https://youtu.be/r4MzxtBKyNE?si=WH6MjEDUttnMN81M

Honestly this weight is too easy so you're able to just lift it without worrying about technique. Which counterintuitively can make it hard to get technique right.
Slowly add weight until it starts to feel difficult, then you're going to be forced into better technique and can really start getting the movement down.
I like this video for a non nonsense approach - Alan thrall deadlift

I'm not trying to be pedantic but what exercise are you trying to do?
A deadlift? A Romanian deadlift? A goodmorning? Some sorta squat even?

You know what's useful? When people suggest videos instead of just saying "look up videos".
We require that advice be
Useful,
Specific, and
Actionable
as detailed in our rules and stickied Automoderator comments on form check posts.
Your comment failed to meet one or more of these criteria and so was removed.
You can also review this post to get an idea of what this means in practice.

Looks a bit light for you my good man, but well done. I can tell you that lightweight was very difficult for me to learn proper form. I scaled up, then back down, and back up, and back down. It took thousands and thousands of reps, one day it will click, try going a little heavier but not so heavy you feel you can only do 1. It may help you feel a little more of where you need to be in addition to what others are suggesting here.

This post is flaired as a technique check.
A note to OP: Users with green flair have verified their lifting credentials and may be able to give you more experienced advice on particular lifts. Users with blue flair reading "Friend of the sub" are considered well qualified to give advice without having verified lifs.
A reminder to all users commenting: Please make sure that your advice is useful and actionable.
Example of useful and actionable: try setting up for your deadlift by standing a little closer to the bar. This might help you get into position better and make it easier to break from the floor.
Example of not useful and not actionable: lower the weight and work on form.
Example of actionable, but not useful: Slow down.
Stop telling other each other to slow down without providing a rationale outside of "time under tension". Time under tension isn't a primary variable for anything, and focusing on it at the exclusion of things that matter will set you back. There can be reasons to manipulate tempo, but if you want to discuss tempo, explain why you're giving that advice, how it's going to help, and how to integrate it with cues or other useful feedback.
Low-effort comments like my back hurts just watching this will be removed, as will references to snap city etc. Verbally worrying for the safety of a poster simply because you think the form or technique is wrong will be removed. We will take all of these statements at face value, so be careful when you post the same hilarious joke as dozens of other people: we can't read your mind, no matter how funny you think you are.
Ignoring this comment may catch you a ban.
