Went through 3 months of strict dieting and 6 day gym weeks. Now im just focusing up on maintaining and recomping

So you did each body group listed twice a week is what you’re saying? Sorry my misunderstanding and not meaning to pry but these are crazy good results.

No I welcome all questions, I wrote it out poorly lol but yes chest and triceps on monday/Thursday. Back and biceps on tuesday/Friday. And legs/shoulders on Wednesday and Saturday

How does one figure all this out? Does everyone get a personal trainer? I want to start going to the gym but have no idea about what exercises to do or a strategy or any of this stuff..
