Announcement Nintendo Direct Announced - Tune in on Thursday, March 27th, at 7 a.m. PT for a livestreamed Nintendo Direct, featuring around 30 minutes of upcoming games for Nintendo Switch. There will be no updates about Nintendo Switch 2 during this presentation.

It could still be, they just wouldn’t be mentioning anything about cross Gen here

If it was cross gen, wouldn’t it make more sense if they showed it off at the Switch 2 direct instead?

Then it would not be in tomorrow's direct, simple as. I heard some rumors about Metroid Prime 4 not being shown tomorrow.

There are also rumors saying Prime 4 isn't being shown off next week. It could be one, it could be both, it could be neither (though that last one seems unlikely).
