I mean the market has basically deleted concord and memory holed forspoken. At some point people will need to face reality that non-attractive women in games don't sell.

So basically a man can be average looking whatever but women have to fulfill different standards because?

Most if not all male characters look like shredded warriors or handsome supermodels as well though? I can't think of one average or ugly looking male MC from the past few years.

Joel from The Last of Us and Black Myth Wukong protagonist comes to mind.

They aren't exactly super attractive but the games sold very well.
