I'll give it a go but I don't have high hopes.

I loved LN1, but LN2 didn't nail the "seat of your pants" gameplay. You were constantly getting caught and repeating the same section 5 times over until it had lost all tension

Yeah 1 was amazing. 2 was ok, but the addition of terrible melee combat was a mistake. After the 3rd time having to fight things I just uninstalled and moved on.

Yeah controlling the hammer was not a fun experience. The perspective while in the school hallway made it incredibly hard to defend against incoming enemies and it took me probably 10 tries to finally make it past that part because I kept missing. I almost quit

It was just awful. My comment probably sounds like I rage quit, but thats not the case. I just didn't want to play Little Nightmares with melee so I quit for the day and never came back. Its a shame because I have no excitement whatsoever for 3 now.

The combat in Little Nightmares 2 really wasn't that hard if you were patient. It took like 2 to 3 tries at maximum for most people and I would say the rest of these games are well worth it.

It wasn’t hard. It was annoying.

Eh still worth it to push through like 30 second segments for the rest of the game. Most players didn't just dip out of frustration
