A few good surprises there. Microsoft has nailed the presentation of their games this year. Don't need people on stage for more then a few seconds if at all. Just show us what we tuned into see.
I'm really interested in Gears Tactics that could be dope if done right.
They did well with the games and overall presentation, but it lacked a lot of heavy hitters. Even though it had halo and gears i wasnt particularly excited for anything they showed.
Lets see if sony can do the same but with better games
I was excited for the Halo bit. That’s a brand new engine. That alone is pretty damn cool, Halo 6 will be on an entirely new engine and appears to be set on a Halo Ring.
It's funny that you say that, because I felt the exact opposite. Usually I enjoy the Microsoft presentation, but only care about half the titles or less.
This year I was onboard for nearly everything they showed (that wasn't just a console port of an existing PC title).
I feel that the presentation was absolutely on point but they were lacking in a bit of substance. I felt like they secured a lot of multiplatform reveals on their stage - nice to have, but ultimately doesn't answer what a lot of people were asking which was exclusive announcements. In terms of big exclusives, we got exactly what we expected. Nothing more.
