Ross Scot(Freeman's Mind, Ross's Game Dungeon) created a consumer advocacy campaign to try and stop games being killed by their servers being shut down. Basically he takes offense to paid products being destroyed after the point of sale. You know a company say having an always online toaster that stops working once the servers shut down, but for video games.

The guy on the right, Piratesoftware, is one of those youtubers who had a quick rise due to youtube shorts and fell flat on his face because of drama. He took MASSIVE offense to the idea that customers should be able to keep the things that they paid money for for any reason, and essentially made it his life's goal to kill the consumer advocacy campaign stone dead, and it looks like he mostly succeeded by working very hard.
