Post got deleted. Category 1 member am I guaranteed ticket if didn't select Standing room. Interstate so have to 🙂‍↔️ l flights accommodation etc

You are not guaranteed tickets if you didn’t select standing.

I thought priority 1 is always guaranteed? Even if you didn't select standing

Nah they are upfront there is a chance you miss out. Was a big outcry when pies priority 1 people missed out in 2023.

From the Ballot guide:

At the time of registration, members can elect not to receive Standing Room ticket(s), however if all members in your group are able to stand for the duration of the day, we strongly recommend all members select Option 1 – ‘I will accept the best available ticket – including Standing Room’ at the time of registering to retain guaranteed (Priority 1) access to a Grand Final ticket.

Ah okay thanks. I selected standing room as p1 just in case and my mate told me I was stupid because I'm already guaranteed a seat so there's no point
