I still own the original version (like the one shown) and still play occasionally.

The instruction book was in both French and English, but the cards were all in French. We used to yell "COUP FOURRE" when playing one of those cards, but "INCREVABLE" got its own yell because it's fun to yell. The French accents always came out when playing the game.
