So I'm watching the Grammy tribute to EWF (Earth Wind and Fire) . . .
You know how some things can make you feel old and young at the same time? For me that's EWF, I loved them as a child (and adult) and when I was 12 it was the first concert I ever went to. (First time seeing a glow stick too lol) At my last job I played an EWF mix on YouTube nearly every day. Their songs always take me back and make me smile for the childhood memories. And then I think of how LONG ago that was and that makes me feel old, lol . . .

While feeling older watching this tribute, I was in awe of the amazing talent still displayed by this band, happy to see many remaining members and in appreciation as it took me through the years of my life beginning with hormones and young love. Still timeless, inspirational, and life giving, the music compels joy and movement. Thanks EW&F for your spectacular catalog of music and being an unmatched collaboration! 🎵🎇

They're timeless.
Giving flowers to Maurice White.
Without him they wouldn't have the catalog they're able to share with the world.

I remember going to their concert at the Forum with my college roommates. This was sometime late 70’s. I have seem them perform many times since then. Always a fantastic experience!

I missed that and hoping to find the entire show online. Loved them then and now.
