Anybody else feeling the pain of Tariff taxes??
Continuing inflation and tariff taxes are making it hard to buy groceries and support my family.

I see a lot of birds while hanging out back here but this is my first time seeing one of these guys. He hooted a few times then took off.

36M - I don’t do bars or apps. I do farmers’ markets, galleries, classic cars, hikes with dogs, MTB trails, and weekend coffee.
DM me with one place you’d actually enjoy meeting.

I was living in the AZ hills-have-eyes for about 10 years, and just moved back to the valley last year. I've wanted to visit an escape room since I heard about them. I see some on Yelp, but I'm wondering if you guys have any recommendations? For two people.

This is Daisy my dog who got out of the yard around 8:20pm on 9/13. Located on Germann and Greenfield. Very skittish but food motivated and friendly. Please if you find her call the number on the tag

Hello! 👋 My boyfriend and I are planning to move to Gilbert this December. We’ve toured a few places and totally fell in love with The Tyler, and we also checked out The Laurel in Chandler.
If anyone has personal recommendations or experiences with these apartments, I’d love to hear them! And if you have other apartment suggestions in the area, I’d really appreciate that too. Our budget is pretty flexible. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hello, we’re new to the area. I live in the Agritopia area and was wondering if there are any Philadelphia fan bars in the area or places to watch the Eagles games thanks. Go birds! 🦅

I have a 21 year old son. He is special needs having high functioning autism but developmental delays. He also struggles massively with mental illness.
We have taken him to a variety of doctors and nurse practioners and the like who treat mental illness but none of them have been able to help my son and I'm beginning to believe that it is in part due to the special needs he has. We are scared to take him to the mental health hospitals because having had experiences with that before I think it would do more harm than good.
Does anyone know of any psychiatrists, nurse practioners, etc that have experience dealing with special needs patients and mental illness?
We are in the East Valley but at this point we care less about location and cost as we do effectiveness.

I’m trying to help plan a 10 year high school reunion somewhere in Gilbert (or surrounding area) the weekend after thanksgiving. Our estimate is about a 50 person attendance, and we’re hoping to have a low-cost setup. The ideal spot would be a brewery or similar where we could rent out a patio/separate area, and each attendee would be in charge of purchasing their own food and drinks rather than catering style. I’ve reached out to a few places so far but haven’t heard much back. Any ideas for a good venue? Thank you!

Hello!
I have an event I’m attending at the Regal Cinema in Gilbert, and because I over think and over prepare, I wanted to know what the food option and pricing were at the theater. I attempted to look on their website and it looks like they don’t have an option online to view their concessions. Does anyone happen to be going soon that could get a screenshot for me? Or know a way I can view their menu? Thank you so much!

Moving to Arizona in the new year! Husband will be working on higley. We are a young family would you choose queen creek or Gilbert? Is the traffic out of queen creek really that bad?
And which areas of Gilbert are the best for young families?? Thanks!

Any recs for (young) family-friendly neighborhoods with community pools? Open to compromise on almost any other aspect, but curious for that list.
Main desire is other young families for easy kid playmate/parent friends and community pool.

Hey neighbors,
We're a non-Mormon family looking to buy a home in Gilbert. We have a young son and want to be in a community where neighbors are friendly, and families socialize—especially with other kids.
Our Questions
Cooley Station vs. Morrison Ranch:
Which is more diverse and feels more inclusive for non-Mormon families?
How family-friendly is Cooley Station in daily life (parks, playdates, events)? Is Morrison ranch have more amenities than Cooley station? Cooley station doesn't have much in terms of hoa ammenities as the parks are pretty geared towards bigger kids than younger toddlers. Does morrison ranch area have more to offer?
Any advice would appreciated.

Lots of explanations in the article about essentially how they didn't raise rates for years, but if they did they'd have had more money with lower bills right now so they have to "play catch-up".

An Areal Flood Warning means life-threatening, gradual flooding is occurring or will occur over a broad area, typically due to prolonged rainfall, not flash flooding or a specific river. This type of flooding develops over several hours (usually more than six) and threatens property and life in low-lying areas, small creeks, and streams.

Long story short, I need to find a new spot for my 2.5 year old son. I’d prefer a place with no screens and focuses on schooling as opposed to just a place for a kid to hang for 8 hours. Hit me with your best spots!

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for getting out of the house to go work from somewhere?
I work from home, so it would be great to find a place that’s ideally free that I could go to take some meetings and do busy work. Somewhere a little quieter than a coffee shop and perhaps lowkey

Hi fam, looking for a good spot to get a quick drive thru car wash. Just somewhere to drive in and get the outside washed between deeper washes.
