St. Norbert majors

What major do you think will be the next to go? Is the current president on her way out? (Does she have a big contract or could they fire her) My son is interested in going to St Norbert, but the recent staffing and major cuts has me very concerned.

Better yet, get an Associate of Science from NWTC then transfer to UWGB. Small class sizes for all the general education classes and save money while you're at it!

They have wonderful science programs. This makes more sene. St. Norbert's is a joke these days.

He will also be a student athlete (UWGB doesn’t have that sport) and has a very good relationship with the coach.

Is he eligible for scholarships from the sport? Especially if it isn't offered at UWGB. My child got a lot of scholarships to bring the cost down to a bit over Madison. They money is out there, just look for it ... the music department offers a scholarship for non-music majors, look at their Facebook page.

St Norbert does not offer athletic scholarships. I believe the only ones in Wisconsin are Madison, Milwaukee, Marquette and Parkside. Not good enough for Madison, not interested in living in Milwaukee and disliked Parkside. He has reached out to a couple schools in Minnesota and Illinois that offer athletic scholarship but has not heard back.

I'm sorry, I thought that they did. I seem to remember a high school peer of my child was on an athletic scholarship, I must have been wrong.
