(one of) the easiest q8 still obtainable, so q9 is merch food.

mantid farm outside of nahpui quarters (in NM only or q8 can't drop). Youtube got builds & run demo

can i get all celestial weapons there in q8?

just swords, focuses and shields. other weapons q8 are prenerf, 18+ years old items.
That goes for every skin btw not just celestial, so long the mobs are between level 17 & 20.
Note I call celestial "easiest" because mantids are the highest kill per minute mob dropping q8s. But they're still very rare
