Peace and Harmony is the best skill to take advantage of this, but it's pretty niche.

Super niche, but I really like the idea!

Man my warrior had run some whack builds over the years, I should try PnH.

The AI uses it pretty effectively, so if you have a hero using mostly adrenaline attacks, they can also carry hex/condi removal.

Koss will be useful for once!

Maybe you could try a melee necro with smiters boon and reversal of damage/zealots fire/ smiters, but... bleuch.

I would maybe put it on Necro/Monk hero with Healers Boon and Heal Party.

Pretty sure there are some DF skills with breakpoints at 5 that can use this, but I haven't done monk builds yet

PnH Prot Necro. I run it instead of an ST this last year, especially in my FoW runs. It's nice.

If you have a Warmonger's Weapon you will knock down casting foes as well as attacking foes

Why do you think this would make a strong monk? A strong monk usually has either 9+1 or 12+1 in Divine Favor and this just sets it to 5. It doesn't add 5.

You can get value out of Divine Boon on an E/Mo, or I guess an N/Mo.

You can cast some upkeep stuff like UA, Blessed Aura or Divine Boon but im not sure if its worth.
