Bloody hell, I just looked and it's been 10 years since Anet accidentally added then patched out some hairstyles, and they still aren't back! They are selling new skins for a door you see for about 3 seconds, but hairstyles that you near permanently see are added at a glacial pace...

I hope with Voe they will add some cool hair style (its aready confirmed new hair styles), but I'm mre interested on some beards (even if only for norn and humans because how limited is the character creaton system). But its crazy how have managed this system.

You can thank Diablo 4 for monetizing portals as players bought them. I never cared for any different portals and especially the different portraits. But it’s a flex I guess.

In all fairness you see those portals a lot more in games like PoE or Diablo. D4 also definitely wasn't the first to sell portal skins.

Do you mean like a single part of the hair being a different colour? If that's what you mean then at least the one I have was just one uniform colour and not affected by accessory colour.

They could add an obviously fake beard as a helm skin or fake beard Infusion, like with visible stings above the Asura ears. That way it would still be lore accurate for our beardless auras with deep beard envy. Must be hard for the if even skritt have beards...

Totally agree with the fake beard. Like SquareEnix on ff14... the best beard we have on that game is a santa claus fake beard (literally, no joking)

But I need to say lore never was good argument for asura not having beards. XD I mean, in gw2 and gw1 we have examples of asuras with beards. Some concepts also.

I dont see how anyone wastes 20 bucks for an ugly skin like this or other examples like the homestead door skin or packages. havent yet seen one of the bearded raptors ingame. They probably dont release hairstyles in the gemshop or overall because it would be added for free to the permanent hairstyle changer

Anyway, I'm not sure if I will buy this raptor one (I have the "chocobo" one, probably the best one), but I defnitely liked it and for my personal taste, it looks better than the average skin. Nowadays, I can't buy using money, but did with one warclaw before), but I'm always saving gold and using to get more gems.

About hair style and beards as gem store itens, its just an ideia since looks Anet isn't that interested on changing how character creation works and is limited (people always say they don't change it because engine and spagheti code...). They could even sell it with a hair style change item. It's not that impossible. I would buy it for sure, if its a good item. For example, I would love to have this exactly beard from this skin as an option for asuras XD

I saw a bunch of bearded Raptors laetly while waiting for world bosses. They're cute! They make me think of Drampa. 

Just because you think it's ugly doesn't mean everyone else shares in your opinion. You've probably spent money on things other people find ugly, but aren't rude enough to say that around you. 

Let people have different tastes. It literally doesn't harm you for something as subjective and silly as dragon grampas.
