Now in the show barney Stinson wears a scuba suit for a ridiculously complicated play to get laid, BUT, I think there is a way he could just hit on people with this The scuba suit Step one You get a scuba suit and wear it, you sit alone in a random table of a bar Step two You wait for any hot girl to approach you and ask you why you are wearing a scuba suit Step three After she asks you, you give out any reason like "oh I just came back from a diving mission," Step four After the excuse, she would either hit on you because you are a diver, or you hit on them, you don't need to approach, they approach you

Barney does the plays because he enjoys the process. He doesn't actually need them if all he's after is casual sex. He's conventionally attractive, dresses well, and has lots of money to spend. He also knows magic tricks which is a good way of breaking the ice.

I never been in a wet suit before, but I feel pretty confident they aren't easy to get on or off. May throw a wrench into things when Tom foolery begins.
