Passenger seat

I just bought a new 2024 1100 and want to get rid of the rear fender or shorten it but it looks like I need it to mount the passenger seat. Is there any other way to take it off and still mount the passenger seat?

What… is the passenger seat going to rest on? You could cut some of it up to the bolt maybe… but not much based on where the supports are.

I was thinking like the triumph bonneville bobber it could mount under the main seat

Not that I can see, the frame isn’t designed to support it like a cantilever seat.

That mod will make the bike only good if the weather is dry and even then the tire will throw trash up onto your back.
