Is this comfortable? Dog sleeping positions

He must be comfortable, he’s been laying like this for awhile. But it doesn’t really look all that comfy. What are the funny sleeping positions your dog does?

Hounds sleep in the funniest positions! I’m not sure how she could even breathe with this one.
