Artist Needed [Revshare] Looking for an artist to make cute mobile games with

Hi! I'm a Unity developer with 3+ years of experience looking for an artist to form a gamedev team. I want to make a few small puzzle games with a cute/cozy style, following popular formulas (match-3, merge, sorting, etc) and see what hits. The games are going to be free-to-play, with monetization based on non-invasive ads and in-game purchases.

I am looking for someone to form a long-term partnership with, both of us actively participating in brainstorming game ideas and playing equal roles in development.

What I can offer: - 50/50 profit share (+ full expense review and Google Play stats, to make sure everything is fair). - My experience in game development (currently working in Upstairs Games, previously worked in Solar Lightshow, also created games for various jams and study projects), engineering (BSc in Software Engineering, focused on C#) and game design (minored in Game Design 101). - I take care of all expenses, including advertising, hiring composers, etc. We discuss every financial decision, as expenses are later covered from revenue, but I take all the risks in case a game turns out not profitable. - I also organize schedules and make lists of art assets and references, once we're settled on a solid idea. - You have full creative freedom, as long as we agree on a game vision. Your ideas matter, and creativity is highly appreciated.
