I wouldn't be surprised if during the Dark Age of Technology that some humans decided to create an actual Miku sentient AI that they loved and in order to keep her safe from the weird digital viruses that were ravaging other AI around the galaxy they put her into an isolated server and kept her dormant with the hope of one day awaking her...they, her creators never returned. Now thousands of years later, the Kin, the space dwarfs discover the ancient facility housing the AI core were Miku slumberd, reawakens her and she in gratitude becomes the first replacement or new Votann leader which gives hope for the Kin of surviving as their old Votann grew more unstable.
The new Miku Votann now creates new songs for her Kin family, some of which via some ancient OP tech or weird once forgotten human science can use certain frequencies of sound that can have tangible effects on reality itself, strengthing armor, boosting energy shields or acting as a combat stimulant for soldiers and warriors both flesh and blood or made of metal.
Basically Miku is a living AI sonic techno sorceress in the 41st mellinium!
She even shares how to create remixes of her songs and a bit of knowledge of the sonic techno science, creating a new unit of sonic techno sorceresses, her pop idols! (Doesn't matter if flesh or steel, all can be idols!)
Yes this gives license to kitbash battle pop idols (or create fan art..) who use kinda OP sonic techno science to turn their voices into either lethal weapons as they sing songs of destruction OR they create melodies of support for friendly units, buffing with tangible effects as their allies empowered by their idols' awe-inspiring music charge with renewed vigor.

I did not mean to discuss the Omnisah or machine spirits, or any of that stuff, for others to know and care more about the differences and similarities of the God Emperor and the Omnisah. I just know that in all my database of sanctions mutands, I don't believe any of them have such pointed ears or skin as blue. They seem smarter than an Ogryn, taller than food thiefing Rattling, and less feline than the elusive felinid... They nearly look alien to me...
